Catalog coverage and potential matches
Scholarship Ease is a tool to make the scholarship process easier to navigate. Our catalog is not an exhaustive list of available opportunities. Potential matches are based on the intake information you provide; you may still qualify for opportunities that are not shown or matched to your profile. A match does not guarantee eligibility, selection, or a scholarship award. Sponsors make the final decisions. Review their current requirements and continue exploring other opportunities.
Scholarship information and decisions
Sponsors control eligibility, application requirements, deadlines, selection, awards, and payment. Information can change after review. A “verified” label means the stated information was checked against an official source on its review date; it does not mean the sponsor has approved a student. Match percentages describe alignment with available profile information, not the chance of winning. Upcoming opportunities are for planning and may not yet accept applications.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate profile information, review unanswered questions, and submit complete applications directly to the sponsor on time. Keep your account secure. Do not access another person’s private records, misrepresent eligibility, interfere with the service, or bypass access controls. Guidance does not replace professional legal, tax, financial, or admissions advice.
Original work and permitted use
To the extent protected by applicable law, Scholarship Ease and its licensors retain rights in their original text, software, graphics, and original selection or arrangement of catalog content. You may use the service and permitted downloads for your own scholarship planning. Except where law permits or written permission is given, you may not reproduce, sell, republish, or distribute protected materials as your own work or as a competing commercial product.
Public scholarship facts, sponsor requirements, public-domain material, and third-party content remain subject to their own rights. These terms do not claim ownership of facts, ideas, students’ essays, uploaded documents, or honest reviews. You retain ownership of your own materials. Nothing here restricts lawful fair use or other rights provided by law.
Service limitations and liability
We work to provide useful, accurate information, but do not promise an error-free or uninterrupted service, complete coverage of every opportunity, acceptance, or a scholarship award. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Scholarship Ease is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, reliance on scholarship information, third-party sites, or sponsor decisions. These limitations do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer rights, fraud, intentional misconduct, or other non-excludable obligations. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions.
Payments and third-party services
Any purchase is subject to the price, billing frequency, cancellation terms, and refund information disclosed before checkout. These terms do not create undisclosed fees or remove statutory refund or cancellation rights. Sponsor websites and payment providers have their own terms. Scholarship Ease does not award scholarships or submit applications on a student’s behalf unless a separate service expressly states otherwise.
Concerns and rights requests
Report inaccurate scholarship information, suspected misuse of protected work, account concerns, or service disputes to support@scholarshipease.com. Please identify the relevant page and concern. You may seek any remedies available under applicable law; these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or restrict honest reviews.
Changes
Material changes will be identified with an updated effective date and notice where required. A later version does not retroactively remove existing legal rights.
